Late Summer Visitors 8, 9, 10... and an 11th!
On Friday evening we were very pleased to greet our friends Vasi, Aneela and Alpa, Kiwi mates of ours who currently live in London. They were over in Dublin for the weekend spending some time with us and seeing a bit of our town.
They arrived late on Friday night so there wasn't much done that night but the next day us four girls set out for a walk around the city, using the rainy weather as a good excuse to do a bit of shopping at the same time!
That night we hit the town! Aided by a couple of bottles of Pimms drunk over dinner, we hit a good few bars around Dublin before stumbling home in the early hours of the morning - but not before picking up our unexpected 11th late Summer visitor! Having met Canadian Amy in a bar a few hours before, we considered her practically family and, upon finding out she wasn't happy in her hotel, of course we (okay, it was really just me as Johnny wasn't there at the time) didn't hesitate in inviting her to stay at our place for the last few days of her time in Dublin!
So, it was after a very slow start to the day that we said goodbye to our three lovely Kiwi Indian friends and we now have the company of our new friend Amy until Tuesday!
